PLEASE NOTE:
All EDACS talkgroups
will be programmed to receive only. You will NOT be able to transmit.
We will
program your radio to transmit if you can provide some form of
Government/Employee ID
relating to the talkgroup/talkgroups on which you desire to transmit.
We can provide Frequency,
Talkgroup, & Site ID information, however it is only available
to us via
the internet. This information is not always accurate or up to date. It is
suggested
that you provide the proper information about your system if you
possess it. We will be happy
to fix any problems in the programming at no cost
after you receive your radio/radios,
however you will have to pay for shipping
once again to & from.
It is illegal in some
states to possess equipment capable of monitoring Law Enforcement/Fire
&
EMS Services. It is your responsibility to abide by all Local, State, &
Federal Laws in
your area.
It is also against
Federal Law to transmit on any frequency that you are not licensed by
the Federal Communications Commission on which to operate.
We are not responsible
for the abuse or misuse of radio equipment that results in a
violation of any
Local, State, or Federal Law. We urge you to act responsibly.
